Enterprise Risk Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support risk management activities e.g risk appetite, risk identification, monitoring and reporting;
- Perform and document the ORSA process, manage the risk analysis and ORSA reporting under the solvency II requirements;
- Perform the SCR and own funds calculations using Solvency II standard formula;
- Act as the main point of contact for all Risk matters across the company;
- Perform sensitivity, stress and scenario tests on the solvency position to assist business development and new product launch;
- Constantly assess the capital sufficiency and provide opinions aiding management decisions.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of enterprise risk management methods and principles;
- 3+ Years work experience in General Insurance;
- Strong knowledge of the requirements of Solvency II capital modelling;
- Experience of working in a team and likes to be part of a close-knit, diverse and dynamic team;
- Effective communication, influencing and presentation skills required, with experience of dealing with a variety of stakeholders and personalities;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio);
- Resilient personality with an ability to adapt and work in an environment of change and ambiguity;
- Experience within Risk/Audit/Compliance roles and strong technical knowledge of risk and control framework.
