Our company is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and reporting of team’s KPI’s;
  • Meeting with key customers and suppliers to deliver cash accretive opportunities;
  • Liaise with legal advisors over any fund raising issues and ensure procedures are met;

  • Supervise monthly accounting month end close ensuring junior staff members (3) deliver;
  • Managing a client portfolio for a diverse range of startups and SMES providing an excellent, proactive service;
  • Prepares and reviews statutory annual accounts for filing and returns to company house;
  • Provides financial management support to business and takes pro active role in improving information and procedures;
  • Exceptional standard of client services include professional clearance and monitoring response times to our internal SLA’s;
  • Production of monthly management accounts.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment would be amazing;
  • Prepares monthly management accounts and provides virtual CFO support to clients;
  • Managing a client portfolio for a diverse range of startups and SMES providing an excellent, proactive service;
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with around 2 years PQE;
  • ACCA/CIMA qualified or QBE with the relevant experience;
  • Be commercially focused;
  • Experience working in a start up environment;
  • Strong excel skills;
  • ACCA or ACA qualified or studying towards qualification;
  • Use of Quickbooks;
  • Sound Knowledge of UK and international GAAP as well as IFRS;
  • Advanced Excel experience.
