Finishing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Finishing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with any unexpected problems;
- Managing the Sub – Contractors;
- Ensuring quality control;
- Inspecting work;
- Checking materials;
- Write lists of defects and issue non-conformance notices to subcontractors (paper format and via email);
- Trades background or degree qualified;
- Creating Snag Lists;
- Liaising with Customer Care;
- Cooperation with project management and subcontractors;
- Promote health & safety and safe methods of working;
- Internal package management;
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors;
- Manage subcontractors quality and ensure units are defect free prior to final inspection;
- Order any non-supply and fit materials for works to be completed.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Blue Skill card as a minimum);
- Trade related City & Guilds or NVQ is desirable;
- SMSTS or SSSTS;
- First-Aid.
