Our company is looking for a French Speaking Export Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in day-to-day sales communication to international customers, supplying information and arranging distribution of catalogues and samples;
  • Keeping 300+ international clients fully informed with all relevant information pertaining to their orders, special offers and delivery of goods;
  • Dealing with stock management, payment and shipping queries by working closely with the Warehouse, Accounts and Sales Departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous Office experience necessary;
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Fluent or native in French and a good or basic understanding of German (preferred, but not essential);
  • Previous Customer services experience is preferable;
  • Previous account management or sales experience is essential;
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be given;
  • Excellent eye for detail.
