French Speaking Export Account Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a French Speaking Export Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in day-to-day sales communication to international customers, supplying information and arranging distribution of catalogues and samples;
- Keeping 300+ international clients fully informed with all relevant information pertaining to their orders, special offers and delivery of goods;
- Dealing with stock management, payment and shipping queries by working closely with the Warehouse, Accounts and Sales Departments.
Requirements:
- Previous Office experience necessary;
- Excellent computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Fluent or native in French and a good or basic understanding of German (preferred, but not essential);
- Previous Customer services experience is preferable;
- Previous account management or sales experience is essential;
- Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be given;
- Excellent eye for detail.
