Our company is looking for a IT Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preserving assets by implementing back-up procedures, disaster recovery, information security and control structures;
  • Designing, developing and implementing policies and procedures in line with user needs and system functionality;
  • Manage small application / development team and plan work streams;
  • Contribute to the development, testing and implementation of software and systems;
  • Ongoing review of IT infrastructure and systems;
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages;
  • Managing high availability virtual server infrastructure (VMware ESXi);
  • Providing 3rd line support;
  • Managing Office 365;
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems;
  • Liaising with external contractors & suppliers;
  • You will maintain and improve our security systems, such as OAuth, SSO, etc;
  • Ensure that procedures for Information Security and Data Handling are adhered to;
  • Deliver production IT services without disruption to business;
  • Report any security breaches and/or incidents identified to the relevant team.

Requirements:

  • Active Directory design, administration and maintenance (Group Policy, Login Scripts, FSMO);
  • Strong knowledge of network management and design incl. WAN, LAN, DNS/WINS/DHCP;
  • Knowledge and experience of Storage Area Networks (SAN);
  • Highly skilled in virtualisation technologies;
  • Knowledge of infrastructure related technologies;
  • IT ‘Hands on’ Management;
  • Working with outsourced IT providers;
  • Strong SQL skills highly desired;
  • Ability to assess IT Budgets and suggest spend where necessary;
  • Networking skills.
