Our company is looking for a Team Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that customer queries are progressed to a satisfactory conclusion, liaising with the appropriate departments;
  • To set up and maintain accurate customer records;
  • Work to strict deadlines;
  • Deliver performance to set client KPIs/SLAs;
  • To cover for colleagues during sickness and holidays;
  • Ensuring best practice is adhered to;
  • Liaise with relevant departments with regard to availability, transport and documentation to ensure that customer requirements can be met in full;
  • Drive productivity across the team;
  • To ensure that all invoices and credit notes are raised and dispatched promptly, and in line with the Invoicing Procedure;
  • Monthly forecasting for recruitment needs;
  • Market Performance;
  • Lead functional teams and optimising day-to-day performance so that business targets are met or exceeded;
  • Organise personal development plans if and when required;
  • Service Delivery from daily resource plan;
  • Managing holidays, absences and ensuring effective cover to keep productivity high.

Requirements:

  • Logical approach to problem solving and decision making;
  • Provides mentoring and coaching;
  • Be able to motivate self, team;
  • First line management;
  • Performance driven;
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast paced changing environment on a personal level and within the team dynamic;
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify, articulate and manage risk across your team and department;
  • Business Management Qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Social Work England registration;
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience;
  • Mentoring and / or coaching qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Be resilient under pressure, step forward, take accountability and make things happen with your people;
  • Experience of site start ups would be beneficial;
  • Previous experience of working in Mental Health;
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders ensuring the most appropriate outcome for our customers, people and AUK is achieved.
