IT Solutions Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IT Solutions Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Support teams to integrate/update the introduction of new technologies and the related support processes;
- Takes ownership and acts as a point of escalation for lines of solutions/services and Infrastructure Service Programmes;
- Work with Global IT and Vendors to develop technology components and processes;
- Familiarise yourself with current technologies in the environment, through networking and collaboration with Global IT teams and Vendors;
- Create, update and maintain documentation IT products and services portfolio;
- Plan and give direction for the deployment of Infrastructure technologies and programs;
- Take ownership of specific product lines which will assist IT teams with the implementation of Infrastructure managed services;
- Establish key performance metrics to review and manage Vendor performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of successful process/programme design and delivery;
- Accustomed to working in a matrix fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
- Understanding of voice solutions provided by vendors including BT / Vodafone / Gamma;
- Experience in building and managing Voice solutions in Contact Centre Environment;
- Ability to build consensus with Business, IT and Vendors;
- Provide subject matter expertise and demonstrate an ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience;
- Familiar with Project Management processes.
