Our company is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop processes, plans & necessary tools to ensure that a high level of account management is achieved within resource & time available;
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Devise landing page A/B tests and work with product, design and copy to execute;
  • Drive overall partnership account management strategy, processes and execution;
  • Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Trussle is taking partner input into account in relevant product decisions;
  • Manage smooth onboarding of new partners from user journey to tracking and reporting requirements;
  • Actively monitor results, proactively making recommendations to existing partners to improve KPIs;
  • Manage ongoing relationships with current partners delivering exceptional customer service and tapping into opportunities to grow partnerships;
  • Work closely with internal product team to effectively scope out and prioritise partner user journey optimisations.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing priorities, relationships and conflicts with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Familiarity with tracking and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics;
  • Startup and/or Fintech experience an advantage;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarise complex issues;
  • Comfortable with data analysis to understand campaign performance and make data driven decisions;
  • 2+ years relevant marketing experience, ideally including events marketing in a B2B environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • 2-3 years managing and growing strategic partnerships or affiliate marketing. Alternatively client-facing digital marketing agency experience;
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
