Our company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Marketing Director to plan digital marketing and ensure paid media strategy is executed to exceed targets;
  • Develop and manage overall marketing testing plan across all digital channels;
  • Briefing digital media agency ads in line with the marketing calendar and ensuring they are optimised;
  • Ensure and socialize best practices for cross channel measurement;
  • Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization;
  • You’ll be a very data driven individual and have experience managing agencies or coming from a media agency or digital marketing agency background;
  • Managing digital campaign performance, including reporting and campaign analysis;
  • Input into ad creative based on learnings and best practice;
  • Reporting Track KPIs to assess performance, compile analysis and produce reports;
  • You will manage sales and traffic deriving from paid search (PPC), Paid social, display, affiliates;
  • Optimisation of all PPC activity, including bid management, creative and engaging copywriting and competitor benchmarking;
  • Performance marketing Managing PPC and shopping campaigns on Google Adwords and Bing Ads, as well as social and retargeting networks;
  • Managing relationships with key agencies;
  • Manage at least one Junior PPC Executive;
  • You will analyse the performance of marketing and website using google analytics and data studios along with PowerBI.

  • Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work towards metrics;

  • Arabic Speaking is essential for this role;
  • CDP;
  • Excellent use of GoogleAnalytics;
  • Google Analytics and Adwords master;
  • Travel agency and event team experience;
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong, energetic character, able to positively communicate strategic ideas and adapt to changing requirements effectively;
  • Friendly character who thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent SEO and PPC knowledge;
  • BS/MS degree with a focus on business, marketing, mathematics and/or statistics;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Have experience of briefing technical teams to change website architecture to improve customer journey.
