Our company is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support NPD team with market insight and rationale, exploring and developing brand stretch opportunities;
  • Work closely with commercial team to develop sales promotion plans, attend customer meetings & Identify channel opportunities;
  • Understand and report on the consumer, UK competitor s and customer landscape;
  • Be the spokesperson and gatekeeper for the brand, Manage key marketing agencies – Digital, PR, Packaging;
  • Develop and implement 3yr brand strategy to deliver the business plan;
  • Be the ‘gate keeper’ to quality within the team;
  • Manage all PR activity through PR agency and ensure agency kpi’s are met;
  • Communicate and think creatively under pressure to provide creative guidance and commercial solutions on all photoshoots;
  • Deliver fantastic web content for both B2B and B2C websites;
  • Measure & improve results across the team’s projects through a variety of tools to ensure campaign effectiveness;
  • Management of three direct reports;
  • Monitor budget and report on all ROI;
  • Deliver impactful brand content for use across the business;
  • Work closely with digital manager to ensure that campaigns are consistent and integrated;
  • Support and review the development & delivery of key campaigns.

Requirements:

  • An excellent attention to detail & quality with a strong commercial eye;
  • Ability to travel regularly both in the UK and to abroad destinations on photoshoots;
  • Must have extensive previous experience working on photoshoots; both ecommerce & location based;
  • An excellent team player with strong leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of print production processes is desirable but not essential;
  • Experience in the fashion industry.
