Our company is looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising and managing applicants through the process;
  • Ensuring ongoing attraction and development of key talent for the business;
  • Advertising roles and sourcing candidates;
  • Clearly managing stakeholder expectations;
  • Run high volume recruitment campaigns and assessment centres;
  • Ensure that resource planning requirements are delivered on in line with agreed timescales and phases;
  • Application of employment legislation and good practice in all activities;
  • Regularly report on volume, targets and statistics;
  • Screen CVs and update candidates on the recruitment and selection processes;
  • Proactively manage internal candidate pools;
  • Maintain talent pool of candidates;
  • Organise, attend and host assessment days;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine current and future resourcing requirements;
  • Book candidates in for assessment days;
  • Manage the ATS ensuring a timely and professional response to candidates.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across resourcing, HR and the business;
  • Demonstrable experience of resourcing a variety of positions, within a Telecom, IT or Technical environment would be desirable but not essential;
  • Relevant in-house internal client facing resourcing experience;
  • Ability to present, persuade and influence stakeholders of all levels;
  • Able to make recommendations for effective assessment and recruitment techniques / approaches based on business need.
