Resourcing Advisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Advising and managing applicants through the process;
- Ensuring ongoing attraction and development of key talent for the business;
- Advertising roles and sourcing candidates;
- Clearly managing stakeholder expectations;
- Run high volume recruitment campaigns and assessment centres;
- Ensure that resource planning requirements are delivered on in line with agreed timescales and phases;
- Application of employment legislation and good practice in all activities;
- Regularly report on volume, targets and statistics;
- Screen CVs and update candidates on the recruitment and selection processes;
- Proactively manage internal candidate pools;
- Maintain talent pool of candidates;
- Organise, attend and host assessment days;
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine current and future resourcing requirements;
- Book candidates in for assessment days;
- Manage the ATS ensuring a timely and professional response to candidates.
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across resourcing, HR and the business;
- Demonstrable experience of resourcing a variety of positions, within a Telecom, IT or Technical environment would be desirable but not essential;
- Relevant in-house internal client facing resourcing experience;
- Ability to present, persuade and influence stakeholders of all levels;
- Able to make recommendations for effective assessment and recruitment techniques / approaches based on business need.
