Our company is looking for a Retail / Catering Store Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Store compliance – Including cleanliness;
- Control and Manage of Food Hygiene Practices in line with Company Procedure;
- Building trade and retention of customer;
- Deliver Stock control in line with targets / Procedure;
- Administration – Rotas, production, purchasing, cash reconciliation;
- Building an effective and efficient team – Including recruitment, training, welfare, development & motivation;
- Manage all areas of the unit of the business effectively & efficiently and to increase sales and profitability;
- Implementation of Promotions as advised;
- Adhere to manage set KPI’s for the store;
- Adhere to all Cash Control & Cash Handling Procedures;
- Conduct Periodic Stock checks and ensure compliance as required;
- Producing the correct quantities of product for optimum sales and Minimising waste;
- Achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, wage and controllable cost percentages;
- Strive to continuously improve Customer relations.
Requirements:
- Good leadership and training skills;
- Good management skills;
- Highly organised, influential and a strong motivator;
- Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health & Safety;
- Experience of stock ordering.
