Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Store compliance – Including cleanliness;
  • Control and Manage of Food Hygiene Practices in line with Company Procedure;
  • Building trade and retention of customer;
  • Deliver Stock control in line with targets / Procedure;
  • Administration – Rotas, production, purchasing, cash reconciliation;
  • Building an effective and efficient team – Including recruitment, training, welfare, development & motivation;
  • Manage all areas of the unit of the business effectively & efficiently and to increase sales and profitability;
  • Implementation of Promotions as advised;
  • Adhere to manage set KPI’s for the store;
  • Adhere to all Cash Control & Cash Handling Procedures;
  • Conduct Periodic Stock checks and ensure compliance as required;
  • Producing the correct quantities of product for optimum sales and Minimising waste;
  • Achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, wage and controllable cost percentages;
  • Strive to continuously improve Customer relations.

Requirements:

  • Good leadership and training skills;
  • Good management skills;
  • Highly organised, influential and a strong motivator;
  • Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health & Safety;
  • Experience of stock ordering.
