Our company is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer data is correct and up to date;
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers, to drive relationships forward;
  • Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles;
  • Raise quotations and proposals on behalf of the external sales team;
  • Help maintain key management information data across UK Pensions clients and EMEA Consultant Relations firms, particularly through use of Salesforce;
  • Update the shared holiday calendar in a timely manner;
  • CRM (Salesforce) champion, reviewing reports and analysis to help drive best practice within team;
  • Assisting with the operational on-boarding of new clients, including Operational and Billing procedures;
  • Work effectively within the Sales and Warehouse Teams on the feasibility of hire and sales contracts, always with commercial awareness;
  • Coordinate team meetings, internal and external training, one-to-ones and performance reviews;
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact;
  • To actively learn about and be aware of the company and its activities in order to better understand and deal with the customers’ requirements;
  • New business order processing;
  • Recording of client contractual documents;
  • Participating in client review meetings and presenting on client specific activity and utilisation with Business Development Manager / Account Manager.
