Our company is looking for a Sales Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Being knowledgeable about the products/services;
  • Seeking out prospective customers;
  • Business to Business sales of Industrial supplies, PPE equipment and more;
  • Following up on quotations raised and target projects to determine and record key information;
  • Deal with any payroll queries that come in;
  • Liaising with candidates on a weekly basis to gain their availability;
  • Updating and interrogating the CRM system (Satuit) to produce accurate reporting;
  • Liaising with the internal compliance team to gain numbers on new and existing candidates’ clearance;
  • Cross referencing and logging invoices received;
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy;
  • Doing price comparison for all new prospects to ensure new business at renewal;
  • Lead Generation;
  • Account management;
  • Weekly reports when needed;
  • Securing letters of authority.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/ BA/BSc would be a plus;
  • Experience as a Sales Associate or any related area (Preferable);
  • Good understanding of sales and customer service;
  • Full UK driving licence (Key Requirement);
  • Customer friendly;
  • Experience with POS transactions would be a plus;
  • Provide admin support for monthly sales meetings by collating and distributing team updates and meeting minutes;
  • Updating and interrogating the CRM system (Satuit) to produce accurate reporting;
  • You have a positive mentality and learn from your mistakes;
  • Ability to work in a busy environment that requires multitasking;
  • A desire to fulfil a career in Technology Sales;
  • You are great at anticipating what is needed without being told explicitly;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel;
  • You will be a self-thinker and self-motivated;
  • Experience with SaaS full sales cycle.
