Our company is looking for a Site Finance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of Actual Cost v Budget and reporting back to the board;
  • Lead a small finance team, whilst also indirectly help manage the wider site workforce;
  • Preparing daily sales and payment analysis for Accounts receivable factoring arrangement;
  • Development and implementation of Internal controls and systems;
  • Production of monthly financial statements and reports;
  • Managing contracts;
  • Inventory Management;
  • Preparing daily cash flows;
  • Generating company P & L and balance sheet;
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts;
  • Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for getting short and long term finances;
  • Heavily involved with continuous improvement across the wider finance function;
  • Ownership of Weekly and Monthly Operational Performance reporting;
  • Play a key role in identifying cost savings for the site;
  • Site stock management and sign off, i.e. raw material.

Requirements:

  • Small to medium size business knowledge would be advantageous;
  • Cash flow reporting;
  • Balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Ideally part qualified and studying towards ACCA/CIMA/AAT;
  • P&L management and reporting;
  • Experience in financial management.
