Our company is looking for a Social Media and Content Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of effective, targeted campaign content, in line with overall marketing strategy;
  • Help to update website content – including weekly blogs;
  • Ensure all social content is ‘on-brand’ and in line with the specified tone of voice;
  • Managing content delivery across all channels, to align with the overall UK marketing strategy across three brands;
  • Be innovative and look to implement any new ideas;
  • Implementation of the content plan in line with team and strategy;
  • A willingness to learn new skills and help with other tasks, where necessary, including editorial opportunities and events;
  • Helping to grow the review channels – including replying to reviews on their platforms;
  • Proactively seek out trends and new developments within content marketing channels, and implement where relevant;
  • Use appropriate tracking tools to report back content engagement and other key metrics- in line with agreed KPIs;
  • Implementation of the content plan as advised by the campaigns director;

Requirements:

  • Ability to edit video content (desired, not required);
  • Ability to work efficiently within a small team;
  • Extreme attention to detail;
  • Ability to create high-quality original content in Photoshop;
  • CMS knowledge;
  • Exceptional written skills; spelling, grammar & punctuation;
  • Knowledge and understanding of SaaS products;
  • Impeccable written skills;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Experience writing customer-facing articles;
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a technical environment;
  • Good understanding of technical terminology.
