Space Planner Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Space Planner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior stakeholders on future space requirements and developmental moved to develop an overall space management strategy;
- Plan, cost and resource detailed project programmes;
- Management of all new office furniture;
- Management and development of the in-house moves team and contractors operating on a UK wide basis;
- Management of all space planning and internal moves;
- Project manage and co-ordinate the relocation of staff, furniture and equipment;
- Updating & the creation of planograms using ‘Neilsen Spaceman’ software & analysing product sales data.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
- Experience of costing projects and managing budgets;
- Proficient in all aspects of MS office;
- Happy working in a client facing environment on a multi site contract;
- Management and direction of subcontractors;
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD;
- Strong customer service focus;
- Full UK driving licence is essential;
- IOSH managing safety;
- High levels of communication.
