- To focus on customer reports and to understanding customer behaviour;
- To take the lead in customer analytics;
- To work within the Marketing Team;
- Ensure data is accurate and remains complaint throughout the process;
- Identify new opportunities by getting more from the data;
- To use the data captured from customer behaviour to solve business challenges to move the business forward;
- Support with campaign reporting and to be able to work with this data to see the campaigns effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Problem solver with an open mind;
- Previous customer insight experience;
- An in-depth knowledge of how data can focus on the customers behaviour;
- Strong ability with Excel and Power point;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Able to fully understand business needs to provide customer driven data.
