Paid Social Director Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Paid Social Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality control on daily workflow and that all processes are followed;
- Line management of a paid social team, and mentoring and support of the wider display team;
- Working with the Head of Paid Social & Programmatic and our sales team to develop and deliver pitches;
- Provide strong leadership and inspiration for the team and clients driving integration across display channels;
- Cross-selling Paid Social to ForwardPMX’s existing client base by working with Business Directors to proactively identify opportunities;
- Lead key client accounts independently, managing client escalations;
- Act as the strategic lead on paid social clients to define frameworks that hit our client’s KPIs and business objectives;
- Overseeing all elements of the delivery, optimisation and reporting of display campaigns to ensure market-leading execution.
Requirements:
- Passionate about and engaged with the fast changing world of social media, online video, search and digital marketing;
- Highly commercial – selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisor;
- Detail orientated with first-class analytical skills;
- Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked;
- Experience of entertainment clients;
- Experience of global, multi-brand clients;
- Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you;
- Experience in planning, managing and activating multichannel campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, YouTube);
- Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences;
- Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting.
