Performance Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support local management team with ad hoc management duties (work management, return to work meetings, note taking);
- Generate ad-hoc analysis and reports for colleagues and Works Control Manager;
- Generate weekly & monthly analysis for our customer, highlighting issues if required;
- Work with local Team Managers, and Delivery Managers in South West & North East to develop dashboards and performance reports as required;
- Validate Client KPI reporting;
- Run reports on Solution (SalesForce) and client solution (Excel), compare reports and extract information enabling improved data accuracy;
- Generate weekly & monthly jobs reports to support admin staff;
- Report on how we are performing against Client KPIs;
- Run reports on Salesforce, identify data consistency mistakes and inform colleagues about changes to be done;
- Support the analysis of the UW risk and identify potential pricing change for the Actuarial department;
- Contribute to the constant improvement of the performance monitoring framework using Data analytics;
- Support the analysis of the sales performance including marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field;
- Proficient in use of Bloomberg and Lipper;
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- A self-starter, who is ambitious to learn;
- Performance Attribution experience within Investment Management;
- Maintain and improve BAU reporting, identifying improvements to content and operating model;
- Ability to grow ideas into scalable and deliverable solutions;
- Accuracy and pride in the work is essential;
- Awareness of customer satisfaction for both internal and external sources;
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and competent in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc;
- Passion and adaptability. Bring strong desire to a dynamic, market-leading company;
- Must be a post grad or have a year’s experience as a Performance Analyst or similar role;
- Proficient in Excel to an intermediate level.
