Our company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties ensuring process adherence by all departments;
  • Maintain an existing portfolio of reports to ensure that reporting efforts are not duplicated;
  • Pro-actively seek out improvement opportunities across sales operations functions and processes, project-managing changes and measuring results;
  • Work cross-functionally to create policy, process and procedures to drive and support critical business priorities;
  • Manage and enhance lead flow, importation, distribution, and tracking processes;
  • Contribute to the establishment and management of sales planning operational processes;
  • Provide end-user training sessions as needed;
  • Interpret and analyse data, identify trends and establish reports for sales and management;
  • Other projects as deemed necessary by the EU analytics and reporting manager;
  • Assist with monthly leadership reporting;
  • Independently create reports using excel and reporting software platforms;
  • Manage the Sales and Marketing SharePoint site to ensure accuracy of materials;
  • Support in understanding business reporting objectives and co-ordinating activity plans;
  • Perform quality control functions on all deliverables including standard and ad hoc reports;
  • Perform partner referral reporting.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in analytical role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Operational background in Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service sectors a bonus;
  • Demonstrable experience of reporting and production of summary analysis;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with CRM, NetSuite and Microsoft Excel a plus;
  • Private Medical Insurance (self & dependents);
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive;
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and quantitative skills;
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role;
  • Educated to degree level in a business or similar subject (preferred);
  • Experience in multi-country targeting and segmentation models (workload modelling);
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Readiness or Sales Enablement;
  • Experience in researching European pharmaceutical markets;
  • Adaptable self-starter, with good organizational skills, who takes initiative and asks questions.
