Target Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Target Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate outcomes and present results with project teams;
- Implement and utilise machine learning methods to extract biological information from text;
- Primary responsibilities will be the creation and maintenance of a portfolios of validated and emerging commercially attractive targets;
- Staying up-to-date with novel bioinformatics and AI methodologies, tools and applications;
- Support our business development organisation through assessment of target opportunities;
- Develop and implement novel statistical approaches to analyse diverse genome scale life science data types.
Requirements:
- Experience of target identification and validation as part of an industrial focused drug discovery project;
- Knowledge of advanced statistical or machine learning methods;
- Generation and analysis of knowledge graphs or other network analysis experience;
- Clinical expertise.
