Our company is looking for a Senior SEO Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key client stakeholders;
  • Attend and contribute to second interviews with potential candidates and support the final selection process;
  • Understand business requirements and integrate into business process using Agile methodologies by working with product owners and scrum masters;
  • Setting KPI’s and targets for clients campaign(s);
  • Provide reporting and measurement of the effectiveness of campaigns, ensure client reports are delivered on time and accurately;
  • Stay up to date with new market tools and opportunities, which would support client strategy or Croud’s product offering, and share to the wider team;
  • Advocate the client’s SEO strategy and support members of the team where required;
  • Contributing to and supporting Croud marketing activities;
  • Reporting and presenting results, actions and next steps to clients on an ad hoc and well as organised monthly and quarterly meetings;
  • Provide direction and drive daily client operations across the team;
  • Aligning strategies with other digital marketing channels;
  • Work together with wider teams to devise and deliver Account Development Plans (ADPs) for each client to sustain and grow client performance;
  • Collate and provide insights from data by working with analysts to ensure accurate and actionable reporting can be produced;
  • Play active role in defining SEO best practice and scalable processes;
  • Contribute to the new business process and oversee management of sales support delivery from the team as required / requested by the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinker;
  • High levels of competency in presentation, both written and verbal;
  • Previous experience in providing technical audits and ongoing recommendations;
  • Ability to communicate confidently and succinctly to clients at the most senior level;
  • Evidence of previous SEO success,
  • Experience managing and executing SEO for a large brand;
  • Articulate with good communication skills;
  • Solid understanding of SEO channel;
  • Analytical skills (inc. Adobe and Google Analytics);
  • Worked with a wide variety of SEO/Search tools;
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines;
  • Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience;
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills;
  • Proven ability to negotiate;
  • Highly Organised.
