Responsibilities:
- Updating and managing of client information using Salesforce CRM system;
- Organise and schedule meetings;
- Gatekeeping and diary management;
- Providing support with other ad hoc requests from the small team;
- Preparing documents for meetings;
- Arranging international travel, including flights and accommodation;
- Arranging and preparing for meetings;
- Handling emails;
- Preparing correspondence;
- Developing, improving and maintaining systems and processes;
- Managing diaries and organising travel and complex itineraries;
- Ad hoc projects;
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and third party service providers;
- 70% business support and 30% personal duties for Founding Partner.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate longevity within previous roles;
- Extremely proactive;
- Unflappable under pressure;
- Financial services experience highly desired;
- Immaculately presented;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Great MS Office skills;
- Exceptional organisational talents;
- 4 + years’ relevant PA / admin experience within financial services or property company;
- Polished and articulate;
- Positive approach;
- Knowledge of upmarket London restaurants, hotspots, clubs etc;
- Ability to make independent decisions;
- Good level of numeracy;
- Experience liaising with HNWI.
