PA to Partners Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a PA to Partners to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Document and slide creation, preparation and printing;
- Meeting set up and coordination and ensure both Partners are prepared for each meeting;
- Support administration of larger scale corporate events;
- Update the firm’s system with Partner biographies, pitch documents and final client deliverables;
- Producing reports;
- Helping partners organise their papers and confidential filing;
- Gatekeeper and first point of contact;
- Diary management – arranging external and internal meetings and calls;
- Managing inboxes and email correspondence for self and for partners – helping draft and sending emails as the partners;
- Organising board meetings, conferences and some international travel;
- Collation and preparation of;
- Billing – raising bills, running reports and keeping a tracker of what has been sent/paid, Expenses;
- Maintaining the database;
- Ad hoc support to team members;
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Requirements:
- Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential material,
- Excellent proof reading and typing skills;
- Previous experience as an EA/PA at senior and/or partner level,
