Our company is looking for a PA to Partners to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and slide creation, preparation and printing;
  • Meeting set up and coordination and ensure both Partners are prepared for each meeting;
  • Support administration of larger scale corporate events;
  • Update the firm’s system with Partner biographies, pitch documents and final client deliverables;
  • Producing reports;
  • Helping partners organise their papers and confidential filing;
  • Gatekeeper and first point of contact;
  • Diary management – arranging external and internal meetings and calls;
  • Managing inboxes and email correspondence for self and for partners – helping draft and sending emails as the partners;
  • Organising board meetings, conferences and some international travel;
  • Collation and preparation of;
  • Billing – raising bills, running reports and keeping a tracker of what has been sent/paid, Expenses;
  • Maintaining the database;
  • Ad hoc support to team members;
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.

Requirements:

  • Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential material,
  • Excellent proof reading and typing skills;
  • Previous experience as an EA/PA at senior and/or partner level,
