Responsibilities:
- Maintaining filing systems;
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service;
- Meet and greeting visitors to the office;
- Complex diary management; accommodation and travel booking;
- Data inputting onto spreadsheet/ database;
- Provide Reception support to the team;
- Rio Experience however, training can be provided;
- Facilities management;
- Sorting and distributing post;
- Support with facilities administration such as waste collection, calibration and servicing of vehicles and forklift;
- Making teas and coffees for visitors;
- Strong customer service skills, warm and friendly to visitors and colleagues;
- Setting up board rooms for meetings;
- Monitoring and screening volume emails and filing;
- Take ownership of a variety of support tasks and manage own time efficiently.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised;
- Strong initiative and proactive working manner;
- Previous Reception/ office support experience is essential;
- Customer facing/ service experience;
- Ability to manage with a changing environment and priorities;
- Work under pressure and handle variable workloads;
- Excellent administration skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate; good use of MS software packages;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Have exceptional interpersonal communication and motivation skills;
- Strong administration skills;
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages;
- Previous reception experience;
- Immediately available to start a new role.
