Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining filing systems;
  • Providing an excellent standard of customer service;
  • Meet and greeting visitors to the office;
  • Complex diary management; accommodation and travel booking;
  • Data inputting onto spreadsheet/ database;
  • Provide Reception support to the team;
  • Rio Experience however, training can be provided;
  • Facilities management;
  • Sorting and distributing post;
  • Support with facilities administration such as waste collection, calibration and servicing of vehicles and forklift;
  • Making teas and coffees for visitors;
  • Strong customer service skills, warm and friendly to visitors and colleagues;
  • Setting up board rooms for meetings;
  • Monitoring and screening volume emails and filing;
  • Take ownership of a variety of support tasks and manage own time efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised;
  • Strong initiative and proactive working manner;
  • Previous Reception/ office support experience is essential;
  • Customer facing/ service experience;
  • Ability to manage with a changing environment and priorities;
  • Work under pressure and handle variable workloads;
  • Excellent administration skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Computer literate; good use of MS software packages;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Have exceptional interpersonal communication and motivation skills;
  • Strong administration skills;
  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages;
  • Previous reception experience;
  • Immediately available to start a new role.
