Our company is looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the development of resident care plans and keeping them up-to-date;
- To assist in the supervision of staff and induction;
- To review and develop Care Plans;
- Liaise and deal with external professionals in relation to individual residents;
- Be competent with all ‘Health & Safety at Work’ procedures;
- Ensure personal development (continuous) and mandatory training is kept up to date;
- Adopt safe working practices in accordance with health & safety guidelines;
- Maintain professional conduct at all times;
- Set and maintain the highest standard of care in the clinical area;
- Continuously assess, implement and evaluate residents care;
- The safeguarding of service users;
- Must meet the minimum CQC standards and maintain professional CQC relationship;
- Provision of personalised and or person-centred care.
