Our company is looking for a Property Sales Negotiator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, potential purchasers and estate agents;
  • Achieve targets as set by the company;
  • Proactively manage property listings and offers to achieve the best possible sale price;
  • Maintain Records on Internal Data base;
  • Day-to-day management of buyers;
  • Arranging viewings from the office and gathering feedback (site visits are not required for this role);
  • Up-selling the companies’ additional services is absolutely essential and are paired with great financial rewards;
  • Proactively seek opportunities to refer work to the company;
  • Promote and encourage use of ancillary services;
  • Presenting and accepting offers;
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of each of your properties;
  • Deliver a Customer Experience that goes above and beyond Expectation;
  • Handle incoming offers on property instructions;
  • Understand the local market trends, property values and awareness of competition;
  • Ensure online property descriptions and photographs show the property in best light.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding people skills are a necessity;
  • Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to regularly work to and meet deadlines and targets;
  • Career focused self-motivator with a strong work ethic and customer focus;
  • A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property;
  • Passionate about sales;
  • Driven and money hungry with a successful track record in property sales and a minimum of 1 year experience;
  • A natural leader;
  • Good written & verbal command of English language;
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance paid);
  • Previous experience of building relationships and excellent customer service skills;
  • Previous experience of working in a target driven environment (Estate Agency desirable);
  • The ability to effectively negotiate a deal where everyone wins;
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn;
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets/goals.
