Our company is looking for a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of a live driver pool with numbers ranging up to 50-75 temporary workers;
  • Day to day management of all existing clients across the South West region;
  • Up-sell to gain growth with current client base;
  • Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI’s;
  • Delivery of excellent Customer service both to internal and external clients;
  • Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a pro-active approach;
  • Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget;
  • Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive;
  • Business Development within the location to gain new business to support the growth of the branch;
  • No on call for nights.

Requirements:

  • Driving / Industrial sector recruitment experience;
  • True desire to be developed and offer growth within the company;
  • Full UK driving license;
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour;
  • Knowledge of drivers hours and regulations;
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven;
  • Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with large blue-chip clients;
  • Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
