Resourcing & Recruitment Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Resourcing & Recruitment Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will support wider external communications to both customers and staff on various different areas of business activity;
- You will maintain the staff database and ensure all systems are updated as required;
- You will ensure all elements of the recruitment, registration and onboarding process excel in line with company standards and expectations;
- You will act as one of the primary points of contact for external staffing suppliers.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience – min 12 months (Preferred);
- Previous experience of dealing with internal/external communications, and of a role that involves multi-tasking;
- Previous academic or professional healthcare experience (Beneficial);
- Qualified to Bachelor’s Degree level (Required);
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel.
