Our company is looking for a Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong expertise in our products and space;
  • Overcome objections and obstacles to win;
  • Discover and identify prospect needs and align with our products and solutions;
  • Adhere to sales methodology and participate in its refinement;
  • Proactively attend Talent Acquisition events in person within the UK;
  • Develop new customer opportunities and introduce a range of products into the portfolio;
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities;
  • Provide customer presentations, demonstrations and articulation of the 8×8 value propositions at all levels;
  • Respond to Inbound Lead Requests (qualified by SDR team) within territory;
  • Grow a sustainable pipeline;
  • Work with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events;
  • Negotiate commercial terms and spearhead the legal and procurement process;
  • Sell a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer success;
  • Work with internal resources to create customer facing presentations, proposals and RFPs;
  • Demonstrate and sell the ROI for 8×8 products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Intelligent – possesses aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility;
  • Can motivate urgency in the customer to reduce the time-to-sale;
  • Highly organized and able to plan for short, medium and long-term objectives;
  • Pension Plan;
  • Demonstrated, proven experience as a successful Business to Business Sales consultant selling cloud-based services/ telecoms/ contact centre software;
  • Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.);
  • Accountable – team player who leads by example and takes absolute ownership and responsibility for their actions;
  • Abile to negotiate complex contracts to a satisfactory conclusion;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Exceeded/Achieved targets of £1M+
  • 5+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market;
  • Possess strong written documentation skills, verbal and presentation communication skills;
  • Recent experience demonstrating software platforms;
  • Disciplined – skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities;
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.
