Our company is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Key discipline contributor in Feasibility and Optioneering Studies;
  • POCO and care and maintenance projects;
  • Decommissioning projects;
  • Hazard Identification Studies;
  • Supervising designers in the production of drawings and engineering models;
  • Ensuring all quality procedures (inc paperwork) are understood and followed correctly;
  • Travel to the Oil Fuel Depots and Contractor site visits;
  • Reviewing design changes;
  • Support the Lead Process Engineer to successfully delivery Process Engineering activities;
  • Liaise with the supplier base to ensure consumables help achieve productive efficiency’s;
  • Experienced in designs for sites under COMAH, MOC, and CDM regulations;
  • Drive timely achievement of Plan;
  • Coaching operators where needed, and advising/assisting on what to do when underperforming;
  • Carrying out design risk assessments;
  • Preparing designs for hazard identification and HAZOP studies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience post degree qualification covering a range of engineering/technical topics;
  • Keep accurate and up to date documentation, including SOPs, maintenance records, and service records;
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes;
  • Technical assessment;
  • POCO and care and maintenance projects;
  • Write up process documentation and standard operating procedures;
  • Key discipline contributor in Feasibility and Optioneering Studies;
  • General understanding of ANSI and NFPA;
  • Decommissioning projects;
  • Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP;
  • Design and process for piping, storage tanks, Jetty Operations and Filtration;
  • Ability to develop new ideas and solutions and have an awareness of current and new emerging technologies;
  • Inspect final output, compare properties to requirements, and write certification documents;
  • Able to demonstrate people relationship skills, in particular project team, Operations team and Contractor relationships;
  • Hazard Identification Studies.
