Project Engineer – Process Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Project Engineer – Process to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Adherence and monitoring of project programmes to include regular progress tracking;
- Keep up to date with and make recommendations of new technologies and innovations;
- The budgeting of components and related activities/documentation to comply with the tendering process in a timescale to meet Customer’s requirements.
Requirements:
- A good grasp of technical / process design elements i.e. P&ID’s;
- Technical Process Engineering knowledge and experience i.e. design improvement and process calculations;
- Previous experience within a hygienic industry sector (Food, Dairy, Brewing, Pharmaceutical etc);
- Strong appreciation of practices defined within ISO9001 Quality documentation;
- An understanding of tendering and estimating procedures and documentation;
- Educated to Degree Level in either Chemical or Process Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
