  • Producing written reports.

Requirements:

  • A background in either recruitment or the property sector;
  • Sales – Strong influencing and rapport building ability;
  • Creativity –Innovative and creative demeanour to complement working in a highly creative sector;
  • Flexibility – In your approach to work, willing to work additional hours to close the deal;
  • Experience– Previously worked at a mid to senior level in a client focused, sales environment;
  • Organised –Methodical approach to work;
  • Communication –You’ll be dealing with Directors and Owners of companies so your communication skills will need to be excellent;
  • Proactivity – Focused and hardworking;
  • Confidence –In communicating, face to face, video calls and over the phone;
  • Drive – Enjoy working in a target led and deadline focused environment.
