Our company is looking for a Brand Activation Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with directors to identify upscale opportunities within live accounts;
  • Be the first point of contact for all clients on a day to day basis;
  • Build relationships with key clients;
  • Own the delivery of client campaigns, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and meet the expectations of our clients;
  • Partner with Trade Strategy to develop annual promotional and pricing calendar;
  • Approve and ensure all assets align to brand identity guidelines;
  • Build strong relationships with Brand Development, Sales and Channel marketing teams;
  • Plan and execute consumer promotion budgets for Brand Activation initiatives;
  • Ensure seamless connection between Brand Development and Brand Activation;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all assets and identify contribution to the strategy growth/objectives;
  • Lead Brand Communications with sign off responsibility;
  • To manage, co-ordinate and execute the brand & retail activation strategy;
  • Build solid relationships with internal Brand (Global/Europe/Local), marketing & key account teams;
  • Measure and report the effectiveness and commercial success of the account activation plans;
  • Continuously look at new innovations to engage the consumer and drive sell through.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytic skills and computer software proficiency (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.);
  • Demonstrated leadership of a marketing team within a Consumer led company;
  • Proven record of building strong sustainable business relationships at all levels;
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, marketing processes with a proven level of success;
  • Multi-channel experience and shopper understanding;
  • Have a degree in Marketing or equivalent;
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines;
  • Live within easy commute of the Bristol Office.
