Senior Event Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Event Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and lead site visits as and when required;
- Onsite management UK and overseas;
- Maintaining and developing client and stakeholder relationships;
- Being the main point of contact for the client;
- Monitoring external suppliers and contractors;
- Supplier & venue sourcing and negotiation – Constantly striving for the best cost while still delivering the premium experience;
- Managing multiple events simultaneously;
- Planning and delivering events from conception through to delivery;
- Have budgetary responsibility for your events ensuring their viability (profit margins and sales forecasting);
- Budget Management;
- You will be the main client contact for multiple simultaneous corporate and private events, with budgets ranging from £25k to £250k+
- Logistics, travel and registration management;
- Attend and lead client facing meetings including pitches and presentations;
- Coordinating event planning and debrief paperwork completing documents within agreed timeframes;
- Management of all Health and Safety documentation pre event and onsite.

- Quick to interpret a client brief and what it needs to achieve;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in order to orchestrate internal departments, external resources and their responses;
- Experience of developing and delivering new ideas and processes.
