Our company is looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced on-page and technical SEO tasks for client websites;
  • Build/run a quality back-linking project;
  • Keyword research and competitor analysis;
  • Complete keyword research, write meta content for clients;
  • Analyse competitor data;
  • Day to day SEO monitoring with SearchMetrics, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Majestic, MOZ;
  • Deliver technical audits and communicate with the development team to change on-page recommendations;
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the team;
  • Producing focussed reports and relevant keyword insights for various teams within the business;
  • Communicate with clients and with other digital account management specialists to execute SEO strategy;
  • Deliver monthly reports showing performance of website against target;
  • Own the SEO strategy and plan, working with the wider team, making recommendations for new content where we currently don’t rank;
  • Communicate with our PPC, content writer, and graphic design team;
  • Identify opportunities for additional traffic and conversion rate;
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Understand SEO copy-writing;
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and conversion optimisation techniques;
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of keyword research;
  • Willing to work in a high-pressure environment and dedicate to deliver great results for our clients;
  • Have sharp thinking, an open mind and must willing to learn more about SEO;
  • Native English proficiency, with good writing skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite;
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS from an SEO perspective;
  • Able to prioritise according to changing workloads and priorities;
  • Resourceful and pro-active – resolve conflict & looks for solutions and information in creative ways;
  • Google Webmaster Tools;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM;
  • HTML;
  • Demonstrable experience across all aspects of digital acquisition and how it fits within the wider media mix;
  • Experience with bid management tools.
