BMS Service Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a BMS Service Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Dynamic Risk Assessments; provide feedback on Method Statements, Access and;
- Attend to emergency call-out, remedial and extra works tasks;
- Establish that all physical licences, tokens and software discs are available and document their whereabouts.- Manage projects & client expectations;
- Maintain the operational integrity of the clients installed BMS;
- Perform routine maintenance BMS systems;
- Use handheld technology within allocated timescales;
- Carry out fault finding;
- Complete small commercial installation;
- Work within agreed SLA’s;
- Work as part of a team when required.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus;
- Happy working in a client facing environments;
- High levels of communication;
- Good health and safety awareness and knowledge;
- Substantial experience working on large commercial contracts;
- Full UK driving licence;
- Knowledge of Trend is essential;
- Previous experience of working within a commercial environment.
