Our company is looking for a BMS Service Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Dynamic Risk Assessments; provide feedback on Method Statements, Access and;
  • Attend to emergency call-out, remedial and extra works tasks;
  • Establish that all physical licences, tokens and software discs are available and document their whereabouts.- Manage projects & client expectations;
  • Maintain the operational integrity of the clients installed BMS;
  • Perform routine maintenance BMS systems;
  • Use handheld technology within allocated timescales;
  • Carry out fault finding;
  • Complete small commercial installation;
  • Work within agreed SLA’s;
  • Work as part of a team when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Happy working in a client facing environments;
  • High levels of communication;
  • Good health and safety awareness and knowledge;
  • Substantial experience working on large commercial contracts;
  • Full UK driving licence;
  • Knowledge of Trend is essential;
  • Previous experience of working within a commercial environment.
