  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent analytical and numerical skills, combined with a good eye for detail;
  • Maintain and manage the perpetual integrity and quality of warehouse stock, stock adjustments as required;
  • Demonstrable high level of accuracy and communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
  • Flexibility;
  • Effective communicator;
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Demonstrable knowledge of spreadsheets and basic accountancy;
  • Good working Microsoft Office experience;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Educated to at least a C grade GCSE level;
  • Confident and polite telephone manner;
  • Review departmental labour requirement in line with forecasted demand;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • A minimum of 1 years experience of providing administration support.
