Responsibilities:
- Investigating and completed credit request authorisations;

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent analytical and numerical skills, combined with a good eye for detail;
- Maintain and manage the perpetual integrity and quality of warehouse stock, stock adjustments as required;
- Demonstrable high level of accuracy and communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
- Flexibility;
- Effective communicator;
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Demonstrable knowledge of spreadsheets and basic accountancy;
- Good working Microsoft Office experience;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Educated to at least a C grade GCSE level;
- Confident and polite telephone manner;
- Review departmental labour requirement in line with forecasted demand;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- A minimum of 1 years experience of providing administration support.
