Our company is looking for a Senior Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and transferring calls internally and externally;
  • Raise purchase orders in the company system ensuring financial authorities are adhered to at all times;
  • Booking viewings and liaising with Estate agents as necessary;
  • Arranging interviews and managing diaries of hiring managers;
  • Scan, save documents, photocopy and file;
  • Dispatching DVDs/creating photobooks, coordinating orders and distribution;
  • Managing office cleaners and procuring office consumables;
  • Assistance in the management of property searches, forming databases and mail shots;
  • Ensuring all volunteers have an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check;
  • Dealing with medical invoices and ensuring these are paid in advance or promptly after completion;
  • Arranging payments of rents onto the system;
  • Provide administrative support to the Management team as required;
  • Managing the office email, post and general phone queries and actioning as required;
  • Data entry;
  • General ad hoc support.

Requirements:

  • Database input and interrogation;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, must include use of excel for reporting and analysis;
  • Previous experience of providing high quality proactive support to others in a business environment;
  • Document control using Asset Management System (AMS) is an advantage, but training will be provided;
  • Strong administration skills;
  • Advanced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent standard of Excel is a must as all processes are on this system;
  • Brilliant communication skills with a high level of customer service;
  • Solid 2/3 years’ experience;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Basic knowledge of Sage;
  • IT Literate;
  • Willing to be flexible to help with business needs;
  • Fully experienced in all Microsoft Office packages;
  • Strong administration.
