Our company is looking for a Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading continuous improvement projects;
- Ensuring all operators are maintaining output levels in line with set targets;
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years hands on supervisory / management experience within a FMCG environment;
- IT literacy (MS, word, excel etc;);
- Excellent Health, Safety and Environmental awareness with an understanding of Risk Assessments and legislation;
- Excellent organisational skills, including planning of labour and processes. An understanding of MRP systems will be useful.
