Our company is looking for a Support Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collating relevant information to produce client/trustee reports, tender documentation and Board papers;
  • Organising client events and conferences;
  • Field enquiries, work under own initiative to resolve issues and assist in deadline management;
  • Scan incoming correspondence for distribution to the administration teams;
  • Planning, organising internal and external meetings;
  • Assisting Client Teams with general administration tasks;
  • Answering the main office telephone, taking messages and handling any associated queries;
  • Diary and meeting room management;
  • Attending meetings when requested to take minutes of key actions and proactively follow up and report on progress;
  • Opening and distributing mail.

Requirements:

  • Assisting Facilities team;
  • Sorting incoming and outcoming mail (including distributing, processing and franking);
  • Bulk photocopying and binding;
  • Switchboard cover;
  • Daily banking (cheque deposits);
  • Maintenance of printer;
  • Setting up meeting rooms;
  • Booking couriers;
  • Issuing temporary security card passes to visitors;
  • General admin assistance.
