Support Officer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Support Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collating relevant information to produce client/trustee reports, tender documentation and Board papers;
- Organising client events and conferences;
- Field enquiries, work under own initiative to resolve issues and assist in deadline management;
- Scan incoming correspondence for distribution to the administration teams;
- Planning, organising internal and external meetings;
- Assisting Client Teams with general administration tasks;
- Answering the main office telephone, taking messages and handling any associated queries;
- Diary and meeting room management;
- Attending meetings when requested to take minutes of key actions and proactively follow up and report on progress;
- Opening and distributing mail.
Requirements:
- Assisting Facilities team;
- Sorting incoming and outcoming mail (including distributing, processing and franking);
- Bulk photocopying and binding;
- Switchboard cover;
- Daily banking (cheque deposits);
- Maintenance of printer;
- Setting up meeting rooms;
- Booking couriers;
- Issuing temporary security card passes to visitors;
- General admin assistance.
