  • Contributing ideas, skills and knowledge to help improve the service provided to customers;
  • Handing complaints, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution;
  • Maintaining records and input of workshop job sheets, inspections and outstanding jobs in progress;
  • Recording, scanning and processing invoices, making necessary adjustments to ensure expenditure is recorded correctly and accurately;
  • Effectively managing large amounts of incoming calls from the general public.
