Our company is looking for a Account Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Customer Development Executive sales team to produce appropriate activations;
  • Maintaining a database within our CRM system, producing regular reports;
  • Observe best practices and ensure cost effectiveness by tailoring a channel activity program to individual retailer needs;
  • Assist with the training and development of the CDE sales team;
  • Managing key customer accounts, you will meet KPIs by making site visits and developing joint business plans, and managing a territory file;
  • Monitor and evaluate activity within the Field Sales and Account teams;
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle;
  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities in order to build and develop a sales pipeline for new business prospects;
  • Ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date;
  • Driving attendance to events, webinars and workshops;
  • Adhering to activity KPI’s, creating marketing and lead generation plans for continual improvement on target growth;
  • Travelling throughout Ireland to meet with clients;
  • Forecasting revenue, resource requirements and other key metrics through the CRM;
  • Providing references and case studies from your accounts to support new business;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to build and maintain excellent client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience of attending events and trade shows;
  • Effective organisation and time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a sales focused role with experience managing customer accounts and in the qualification of inbound sales leads;
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software; experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint desirable;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must have a degree or equivalent education;
  • A keen interest in telecommunications;
  • At least 2 years of sales and/or licensing experience for a SaaS product or in market research, digital advertising, or related industry;
  • An adaptable team player and fast learnerExperience in managing key accounts;
  • Strong sense for technology, with the ability to use, demonstrate, and speak about new technologies;
  • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
