Our company is looking for a Activities Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple ongoing projects and supply chain activities, with overlapping timelines, to a high quality standard;
  • Build and develop key KPI’s to drive improvements in projects and supply chain activities;
  • Working with delivery partners and agencies to execute these initiatives including: strategy, delivery and evaluation;
  • Monitor the Green Conscious initiatives for the activity department and assist to improve environmental practices;
  • Managing projects in different time zones;
  • Monitor competitors monthly, and update the OM on current policies, practices and trends to ensure a continuous process of improvement;
  • Manage the work rotas to ensure that adequate levels of service are delivered to company requirements;
  • Manage self and team performance to ensure that the team are performing at Torridon Best and continually developing and improving;
  • Managing scope, communication, roles, risks and documentation, utilising Indivior’s Pharmaceutical Quality Systems;
  • Lead, manage, and co-ordinate the resort activity programme to provide a varied and challenging programme of activities for guests;
  • Manage and monitor monthly sales for the activity department and produce monthly sales targets and reports to the senior team;
  • Ensure that you maintain a quality control audit for the department and to highlight any significances;
  • Building strong relationships across Sport England directorates and with external partners;
  • Strong reporting and communication skills as this role requires cross functional working;
  • End to end project management lifecycle coordination with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to address large groups of young people;
  • Pass Disclosure Scotland/DBS/background checking/vetting procedures;
  • Effective communicator;
  • Demonstrate initiative towards taking on extra tasks;
  • Good administrative and prioritising skills;
  • Experience of working with children;
  • Previous experience instructing outdoor activities to a senior level;
  • ML;
  • MBL;
  • GNAS/Archery GB Leader;
  • Experience working with a broad range of clientele, children and adults;
  • Smart personal appearance;
  • Previous residential experience;
  • Previous supervisory experience;
  • UKCC Level 1 Coach / Level 2 Coach.
