Our company is looking for a Admin Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Payroll Administrators ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Supervising a team of 5 running payroll to gross;
  • Management of payroll queries, liaising with other branches and departments to resolve all issues;
  • Running weekly payroll of temporary staff;
  • Going through DSE assessments with new starters (you will receive training on this);
  • Review of administrative processes;
  • Running weekly payroll, management of all aspects;
  • Supervising a small team of 3 administrators which will include allocation and scheduling of tasks;
  • Managing payroll queries;
  • Delivery and management of an effective admin service across the business;
  • Liaising with other support teams such as HR, Finance and IT with regards to admin processes;
  • Management of the payroll team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work under-pressure and capable of managing several tasks at the same time;
  • Leadership skills along with a strong customer service focus;
  • Knowledge of software applications related to document management, multifunctional devises, scanning and printing processes.
