Admin Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Admin Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Payroll Administrators ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner;
- Supervising a team of 5 running payroll to gross;
- Management of payroll queries, liaising with other branches and departments to resolve all issues;
- Running weekly payroll of temporary staff;
- Going through DSE assessments with new starters (you will receive training on this);
- Review of administrative processes;
- Running weekly payroll, management of all aspects;
- Supervising a small team of 3 administrators which will include allocation and scheduling of tasks;
- Managing payroll queries;
- Delivery and management of an effective admin service across the business;
- Liaising with other support teams such as HR, Finance and IT with regards to admin processes;
- Management of the payroll team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under-pressure and capable of managing several tasks at the same time;
- Leadership skills along with a strong customer service focus;
- Knowledge of software applications related to document management, multifunctional devises, scanning and printing processes.
