Affiliates Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Affiliates Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will continuously test banners, text links and landing pages to improve the lead quality and cost per lead;
- You will proactively negotiate and evaluate commercial agreements with affiliates;
- You will seek to improve lead quality, conversion rates and cost per acquisition;
- You will be responsible for affiliate tracking, working closely with product and engineering to ensure all necessary data is tracked correctly;
- You will collaborate closely with the sales and operations team and effectively answer customer enquiries.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans;
- Excellent Excel skills, must be able to create reports and pull numbers from different tools i.e. Google Analytics, Network reporting etc;
- Affiliate marketing industry knowledge – ideally within the financial industry;
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in managing an affiliate network directly (not through an agency) is a must have;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
- Startup and/or Fintech experience an advantage;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarise complex issues;
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics.
