Our company is looking for a Bookings Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Using database to book and confirm appointments;
  • Taking calls from clients;
  • Liaising with Interpreters;
  • Checking email, fax and web booking systems.

Requirements:

  • Assisting in booking travel for colleagues – including hotels / ferries / flights;
  • Working closely with Hotels / Airlines and booking overseas transport;
  • Creating itineraries for Customers;
  • Ad-hoc general office work including scanning, copying and posting items;
  • Collating Client data and using the in-house system;
  • Identifying any problems relating to Customer Information and resolving;
  • Team Player;
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise and organise a workload of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Good, clear telephone manner and customer service skills;
  • Able to multi-task and problem solve;
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail;
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced customer service environment;
  • Good working knowledge of excel, word, outlook, bespoke database;
  • Excellent attention to detail.
