Our company is looking for a Change Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and co-ordinate the delivery of the plan, defining and documenting success metrics and monitoring progress against the plan;
  • Measuring SLAs and other metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the change plans and to determine the readiness of each market;
  • Evaluate and recommend methods and tools for streamlining and improving processes;
  • Analytical support across the business to help shape and suggest specific change points per department;
  • Ensure that a consistent view of the customer estate is maintained to support both operational services and change activities;
  • Reporting to the board on key deliverables and time frames and updating on progress;
  • Analyse configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions;
  • Drive service improvement against the agreed Service Improvement Plan (SIP);
  • Support daily operational review(s) as required;
  • Leading the change and ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Consult and coach stakeholders in Change Management processes as required;
  • Chair CAB / ECAB in line with agreed guidelines;
  • Support the Major Incident Management function by supporting Major Incident Review activities for or changes resulting in P1 / P2 incidents;
  • Work closely with Change analyst(s) to ensure that Service Assets are accounted for and are accurately reflected in the CMDB;
  • Engaging with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements:

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics;
  • Experience of working on multiple concurrent projects or activities with strong prioritisation skills;
  • Graduate calibre with degree or equivalent level of experience gained in the work environment;
  • Experience of peer support and team leadership or line management;
  • Experience of impact and risk assessment (desirable);
  • Strong communication, organisational, coordination and planning skills;

  • Resilient with a forward looking holistic approach;
