- Build and develop effective stakeholder relationships & networks including within wholesalers, depots and retailers;
- Recruiting, developing, coaching & leading of delivery driver team to achieve and exceed agreed objectives/KPIs.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills – you will be great at creating & managing your own schedule and demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail;
- Van sales experience preferable, as well as cash handling experience;
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate at various levels is essential;
- Comfortable dealing with retailers and wholesalers, with preferable sales experience with either/both of these fields.
